Motorcycles, rickshaws and Qingqis

What happens after you prepare the message

Registration and the fuel token are two separate SMS steps.

Send REG once

Open the draft on the SIM you plan to use. Check the CNIC, plate, vehicle registration area and date. Tap Send yourself.

Wait for the official reply

The helper cannot verify a match or approve a vehicle. Keep the reply from 9771 and follow its instructions.

Send TOK before fueling

After registration, prepare TOK to 9771. Show the token you receive at the fuel station for verification.

Questions people ask

A few practical points before you send anything.

Does this page send the SMS for me?

No. A webpage cannot silently send a text through your SIM. This page opens a prepared draft in your SMS app; you review it and tap Send. On a computer, use Copy SMS text and send it from your phone.

Is the registration SMS free?

The government announced that the registration SMS charge was waived. That notice refers to registration; check the official scheme or your mobile operator for any later changes or other message charges.

Will the location button pick the right province?

It makes a rough guess about where your phone is now. The SMS needs the region where the vehicle is registered. Always check the dropdown and change it if needed.

Does this tool confirm that I qualify?

No. It checks the format and a few published rules only. The 9771 system checks official records and decides whether the vehicle qualifies.

What if the SMS app does not open?

Tap Copy SMS text, open Messages yourself, create a text to 9771, paste the message and check it before sending.

Do I need a smartphone to register?

No. The official process uses SMS. This helper needs a browser, but you can also type the REG format directly in any phone’s Messages app.

Privacy and advertising

The helper formats your CNIC, plate, registration date and selected region in this browser. Its form code does not post those values to a server or save them in browser storage. It does not put them in the page URL or ad-targeting parameters.

This page also loads Google AdSense code. When it runs, Google and other ad vendors may process request and device information, such as IP address, browser details and cookies or similar identifiers, for ad delivery and measurement. This page does not intentionally pass form values to ad requests. The ads run on the same page as the form. If you need CNIC details kept separate from ad code, do not enter them here.

The location button asks for permission and uses coordinates on this device only to suggest a region. The helper does not send the coordinates to a server. The SMS preview and draft contain the details you entered. Check the draft and decide whether to send it.
